Cutting and feeding

From feeding and positioning timber parts to assembly, nailing and stacking: an integrated line configured around your pallet dimensions, timber supply and production plan.
Process
Cut timber parts enter the assembly station and are positioned for nailing. A multi-head nailing system joins the pallet components, and conveyors transfer completed pallets to the stacking station.
Pallet dimensions, timber supply, target capacity, floor space and material handling define the configuration.
Line systems
Four main systems carry timber components from preparation to the finished pallet.

Configurations

Common questions about selecting and configuring a wood pallet production line.
Pallet dimensions, timber type, target capacity and automation level affect the configuration and price. Share these inputs for a technical project review.
Pallet size adjustment is included in the configuration planning. Define the required product dimensions at the start of the project.
Prepare the pallet type and dimensions, target capacity, timber source and plant floor-space constraints.
Feeding, nailing, transfer and pallet stacking can be designed as an integrated process. The final configuration follows a review of the plant requirements.
Technical consultation
Share your pallet dimensions, timber type, target capacity and factory space so our team can review the project configuration.
