Automatic Spray Painting Production Line

Coat wood, MDF, PVC and metal surfaces with moving spray arms and coordinated workpiece conveying. Surface preparation, spraying and drying are configured as one production route around the coating and product.

Production route

From surface preparation to coating drying

The workpiece passes through surface cleaning before entering the spray area. Moving arms apply the coating, while particle collection and drying equipment are selected for the paint system; conveying speed and coating application are coordinated with the product.

Substrate and coating type, workpiece geometry and dimensions, and the drying method need to be considered together. They guide conveying, spray-arm movement and dryer selection.

Before selecting the line

Coating and dryer selection are integral to planning the spray line.

Which workpieces is this line intended for?

The line is intended for coating wood, MDF, PVC and metal surfaces, including doors, decorative panels and furniture components. Each workpiece geometry and size must be reviewed for conveying and spray-pattern selection.

Is UV drying suitable for every paint?

Dryer selection depends on the coating system and its drying requirements. Air and UV dryers are among the available equipment to review; coating compatibility with each method is established before configuration.

What do surface cleaning and particle collection do?

Surface cleaning prepares the workpiece before coating application. Particle collection serves the spray area and is considered together with the coating type, airflow route and equipment arrangement.

What coating information is needed to configure the line?

Share the paint type, drying method, layer count and required finish along with workpiece specifications. The production plan and product mix also inform conveying and spray adjustment.
