Raw-paper storage

Produce decorative HPL and CPL laminates with resin preparation, paper impregnation, drying and pressing selected for the product. Laminate construction, width, thickness and the production plan guide equipment configuration.
Production route
Paper is impregnated with the selected resin and prepared through drying. Layers are assembled around the product construction, and pressing is configured with pressure and temperature control. Pressing and handling must be established for the selected HPL or CPL product; the equipment views illustrate stations to consider during configuration.
Define the HPL or CPL product, paper and resin construction, and laminate dimensions. Together with the production plan and hall space, these inputs establish which impregnation, assembly and pressing equipment should be reviewed.
Line equipment
Equipment selection and sequence are coordinated with the product and project configuration.

Line configuration

Key questions about the laminate product, raw materials and line configuration.
The product type and laminate format must be defined before choosing press architecture. A multi-opening press is shown in the equipment views, but this does not establish one identical pressing route for every HPL and CPL product; the project specification determines the final configuration.
Share the base and decorative paper types, layer construction and required resin system. Melamine and phenolic resins are within the described configuration scope, and their selection must suit the product, impregnation and drying route.
Width, thickness and product format are key planning inputs. Feeding, assembly, cutting and pressing equipment must be coordinated with these specifications, so final dimensions are established during the project review.
The laminate end use guides material and surface specifications. If wear, moisture or heat performance matters to the project, the required level and evaluation criteria should be defined together with the paper and resin construction; the line name alone does not guarantee product performance.
Begin with the laminate type, layer construction, resin system, product dimensions and production plan. Hall space and paper and finished-product storage arrangements also help establish the equipment and collection route.
