Production process
From core forming to finished flooring
This line produces stone-based composite flooring. Mixing and extrusion, forming, lamination and profiling are the main parts of the solution. UV coating, V-groove coating and cutting equipment are selected to suit the flooring structure and finished surface.
Dimensions, design, thickness, underlay and click profile determine the line sections. The product information gives two example sizes, 1220 × 182 and 1525 × 225 mm; the final specification follows your project.

Which SPC flooring designs can be considered?
Stone, wood and carpet designs are listed in the product scope. The design and flooring structure are selected before defining lamination and surface-coating equipment.
Is the flooring size fixed for every project?
No. The sizes 1220 × 182 and 1525 × 225 mm are stated examples. Finished dimensions are reviewed together with thickness and required capacity for the project.
How is the click profile selected?
Provide the required profile and interface requirements together with a product sample or specification. The configuration for the named profile families is determined through a technical review of the project.
