Flat Lamination High-Gloss MDF Production Line

Flat-laminate MDF, particleboard, foamed PVC and metal panels with PET, PVC, HPL or natural veneer. Adhesive preparation, overlay feeding and roller pressing are coordinated around the materials and required finish.

Production route

Bond the overlay and panel in one coordinated route

The panel enters and passes through preheating and adhesive application. The overlay is fed into the roller press, followed by edge trimming, panel turning and unloading as configured. Adhesive choice and press settings depend on the substrate and overlay combination.

Equipment selection begins with the panel and overlay materials. Adhesive type, panel dimensions and required automation guide preheating, gluing, pressing and edge-trimming choices.

Before selecting the line

Answers about materials, adhesives and overlay-bonding equipment.

Which substrates and overlays are considered for this line?

MDF, particleboard, foamed PVC and metal panels are within the line scope, with PET, PVC, HPL and natural overlays described for the product. Each substrate and overlay combination requires its own adhesive and bonding-condition review.

How are PUR and EVA adhesives selected?

Adhesive choice depends on the substrate, overlay and required finished surface. Adhesive preparation and application equipment must suit the selected system; a PUR melting unit does not make every adhesive configuration identical.

Why are preheating, pressing and edge trimming reviewed together?

These operations work within one bonding route, and each depends on the materials and panel movement. Overlay feeding, press pressure and edge trimming are reviewed together when planning the product route.

Is daily output the same for every project?

Output depends on panel dimensions, overlay and adhesive type, finishing operations and loading method. A project estimate needs the production plan and product mix; one fixed number does not describe every configuration.
