PVC Board Foam Production Line

PVC foam board production through material preparation, twin-screw extrusion, calibration, cooling and cutting. Board dimensions, colour and line capacity are coordinated with the project specification.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

From material mix to PVC foam board

Mixed and fed raw materials enter the extruder. The formed board passes through calibration and cooling before cutting and stacking. Temperature, pressure and line speed are set around the material formulation and product specification.

Product specifications, materials and factory conditions guide the equipment and line-layout review.

PROJECT CONFIGURATION

A line arranged around the product

  • Twin-screw extrusion and feeding matched to the formulation
  • Calibration and cooling matched to board dimensions
  • Automatic board cutting and stacking
  • Temperature, pressure and speed control; PLC and HMI reviewed in the proposal

Before selecting the line

Answers about the process, materials and project configuration.

How is PVC foam board produced?

Raw materials are first mixed and fed into the line. The twin-screw extruder processes the mixture, and the board passes through calibration and cooling. At the end of the line, the board is cut and the panels are stacked.

Can coloured boards be considered?

Coloured-board production is within the line configuration scope. Colour, material formulation and a product sample should be reviewed before equipment selection so that extrusion, calibration and cooling suit the product.

How are line dimensions and capacity selected?

Board width and thickness, material formulation, target capacity and plant space guide line selection. Temperature, pressure, speed, cooling and cutting are coordinated around these inputs in the technical proposal; one fixed capacity is not assumed for every product.

What information is needed to start a consultation?

Send board dimensions and thickness, raw-material composition, product colour and application, target capacity and plant and utility information. A board sample or product specification also helps the configuration review.
