Automatic loading

Thermal wood modification lines with controlled heat, steam, moisture and time, combining kiln, handling and finishing equipment for your timber species, product and production plan.
Production process
Timber is modified with controlled heat and steam to improve dimensional stability and durability. Temperature, moisture and time control are central to the solution. Feeding, cooling, inspection, sanding, cutting and storage equipment complement the kiln and are selected for the wood species and finished product.
Specify the wood species, timber dimensions, kiln volume and final application. The treatment programme and finishing equipment are matched to the incoming material and production schedule.
Main systems
Line sections are selected and coordinated for the product, capacity and plant conditions.

Configuration options
Answers to help select a configuration and prepare your project information.
Controlled heat and steam are used to improve dimensional stability and durability. The required outcome and treatment programme are defined for the timber species and product application.
No. The line can be selected for different timber species. For a configuration review, provide the species, dimensions and condition of incoming timber together with the finished product requirements.
Automatic loading, cooling, inspection conveyors, sanding, cutting saws and product storage are listed in the equipment scope. Each section is selected for timber dimensions and finishing and handling needs.
Share the timber species and dimensions, required kiln volume, target output, finished application and plant layout. These inputs define the kiln configuration and complementary equipment.
Technical consultation
Share the product specification, target capacity and plant conditions so we can review the supply and commissioning scope.
