Production process

From material blend to WPC profiles and panels

Polymer, wood flour or fibre and the required additives are prepared and blended before extrusion and forming. Calibration and cooling prepare the output for cutting and collection. Polymer type, formulation, profile section, capacity and finished surface define the line structure.

Define the product and section, material formulation, finished surface and target capacity. These inputs guide the extruder, complementary sections and line layout selection.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to help select a configuration and prepare your project information.

Which WPC products can be considered for this line?

Profiles, flooring and wood-plastic panels are within the product scope. Section, dimensions and final application should be defined before selecting the line configuration.

Is the material blend fixed for every product?

No. Polymer type, wood flour or fibre and the required additives are selected for the product formulation. The blend and final settings are defined through the project technical review.

How are hollow profiles and textured surfaces considered?

Solid or hollow sections, multilayer structures, co-extrusion and embossing are listed options. Each is selected according to the section, application and required surface.

What information is needed to scope a WPC line?

Share the product type, section and dimensions, polymer and wood materials, finished surface, target capacity and plant information. These inputs define equipment selection and the supply and commissioning scope.
