Marble Sheet Production Line

Produce decorative PVC sheets with a natural-stone appearance from a polymer and mineral-powder blend. Mixing, extrusion, roller forming, lamination and cutting are coordinated around the surface design and product dimensions.

Production route

From material blending to a stone-design sheet

Polymer materials and mineral powder are prepared and supplied to the extruder. The sheet passes through roller forming and cooling, with lamination, embossing or UV coating selected for the required surface. Cutting and collection complete the sheet-production route.

Raw materials, sheet dimensions and finished appearance guide extruder and surface-equipment selection. The production plan and intended product use also inform the configuration.

Line configuration

Choose surface operations for the product design

  • Extruder selection for the project material blend
  • Sheet dimensions and forming-settings selection
  • Lamination for the chosen decorative overlay
  • Embossing or UV coating where required
  • Cutting and handling for finished dimensions
  • PLC control and arrangement matched to the production plan

Before selecting the line

Questions about sheet materials, surface appearance and finishing operations.

What materials are used for this marble sheet?

The product is a decorative PVC sheet made from polymer materials and mineral powder, with a natural-stone appearance. The material blend and project additives should be reviewed together with thickness and intended use when selecting equipment.

Does every product need lamination, embossing and UV coating?

These machines serve different surface-finishing operations. Their selection and sequence depend on the decorative design, overlay and required finish; showing the equipment does not mean every product uses all operations together.

How is use in a wet space reviewed?

Wet spaces are among the described applications, but suitability must be assessed with the material blend, surface and installation details. Share the intended conditions and performance requirements at the start so the product and process can be selected accordingly.

Which sheet details are needed for line selection?

Define the width, length, thickness, material blend and required surface design. The production plan and sheet-collection method also inform extrusion, forming, cutting and handling equipment.
