Log debarker

An automatic plywood line from log preparation and veneer peeling to drying, gluing, layup, hot pressing and stacking, configured around your panel format, wood supply and production plan.
FROM VENEER TO PLYWOOD
Prepared logs become veneer, which is dried, glued and assembled in layers. A multi-opening hot press forms the plywood panels, and automatic stacking handles the output.
Panel format, wood supply, layer structure and adhesive, together with the production plan and plant constraints, define the equipment and line settings.
Line systems
Seven systems connect wood preparation, veneer production and assembly, hot pressing and finished-panel stacking.

Line configuration

Understand the production process and prepare the inputs for your project.
The process starts with log preparation and veneer peeling. The veneer is dried, glued and assembled in layers, then hot-pressed into panels and stacked for the next handling stage.
Wood type, panel thickness, layer count, adhesive and required quality define the pressure, temperature and press time. Values are set during the technical product review.
Define the panel dimensions and thickness, timber and log supply, layer structure, adhesive, target capacity, and plant space and material handling.
The technical team reviews the product requirements, production plan and plant conditions. These inputs define the equipment configuration and the supply and commissioning scope in the technical proposal.
Technical consultation
Share your panel dimensions and thickness, wood supply, layer structure, adhesive, target capacity and factory constraints so our team can review the line configuration.
