Press hydraulic system

Melamine short-cycle press line
Overlay MDF and particleboard with decorative melamine-impregnated paper, from panel preparation and loading to pressing under controlled heat and pressure. Press dimensions and automation are selected around your product and factory requirements.
Production route
From a base panel to a decorative melamine surface
Decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin is placed on the base panel and pressed with heat and pressure applied together. Panel handling, heating and the press cycle are coordinated around the substrate and required finished surface.
Substrate, product dimensions and loading method guide the choice of press size and line automation. Share your decorative-paper specification and production plan for consultation.

Line configuration
A press matched to panel dimensions and handling
- Manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic loading
- Press dimensions selected around panel size
- Heating and pressure coordinated with the paper and substrate
- Infeed and outfeed handling equipment selection
- Custom configuration based on the factory production plan
Before selecting the line
Review the substrate, decorative paper and loading method before selecting the press.
Which panels can this line overlay?
The line is intended to overlay MDF and particleboard with decorative melamine-impregnated paper. Substrate type, thickness and dimensions are reviewed when selecting the press and loading equipment.
How is melamine paper bonded to the panel?
The resin-impregnated paper is placed on the base panel, and the press applies heat and pressure together. Cycle settings must suit the paper and substrate specification and are not identical for every product.
How does manual or automatic loading affect line selection?
The loading method affects equipment arrangement, panel transfer and the factory operating requirements. Manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic options are reviewed against the production plan and available space.
What information is needed for press-selection consultation?
Share the MDF or particleboard type, panel size and thickness, melamine-paper specification and required project output. Hall information and the current loading method also help establish a suitable configuration.
